• Ticket Terms and Conditions

This event is strictly R18, and entry will only be granted to individuals who present a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a New Zealand driver licence, passport, or HANZ 18+ card (Kiwi Access card).

The Event is age capped at 19 years of age. No person over the age of 19 will be permitted without prior consent from the promotor.

Entry will be refused without appropriate identification. As the event is held at a licensed venue, both the promoter and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who appears intoxicated, behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, or fails to comply with the venue’s rules or obligations under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and venue listed, and must not be resold for profit. Any attempt to resell or misuse a ticket may result in its cancellation without refund. Tickets that are damaged, defaced, or not purchased through an authorised outlet may also be considered invalid, and entry may be refused. All ticket sales are final.

Refunds or exchanges will only be offered if the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or as otherwise required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be processed through the original authorised ticketing platform to the purchaser of record. Booking and transaction fees are unable to be refunded. Event cancellation will only be considered under extreme conditions such as unsafe weather conditions, pandemic, natural disaster. Light rain will not result in cancellation. 

The promoter and venue reserve the right to conduct bag checks and security searches upon entry. Prohibited items — including but not limited to outside alcohol, drugs, weapons, or any dangerous objects, promotional material (without prior consent), Gang insignia, objectional or offenssive material — are not permitted. New Dawn Promotions Limited reserves the right to deny entry into the festival to anyone breaching the sign posted entry conditions.Attendees who engage in anti-social, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may be removed from the event without refund

.All patrons must comply with venue and event health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Attendance at the event is at your own risk. The promoter and venue accept no responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event except where required by law.

No Refunds will be issued to anyone denied entry or removed from the venue, for any of the following reasons:

Unable to provide identification proving appropriate age for the event

Intoxication 

Anti Social behaviour, as deemed by event staff

Failing to comply with entry conditionsFailing to comply with event and security staff directives

By attending the event, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur, and you consent to your likeness being used for future promotional and marketing purposes without further notice or compensation.
